We have a 2/2 available for move in on August 23rd with first and last month's rent FREE!! We have to move up north because my campus is moving would like someone to take over our two leases (individual leasing)it would be $578 per person. The lease is a 13 month lease and runs from August to August. It is a large 2/2 with private bathrooms and walk in closets! It is completly furnished (including washer and dryer) but if you have your own furniture you can use that instead. There are 2 sand volleyball courts and a basketball court, plus a large pool and hot tub. There is a game room, fitness/workout room and clubhouse. Plus free tanning including stand up! Included in the rent is cable with DVR (which includes many more channels inlcuding several HBOs) and high speed internet! Maintenance is on call 24 hours a day. PRICE: $578 is all bills paid, thats all you would have to pay every month! If you want to set up your own electricity rent would be $528 plus electricity every month. When you sign the lease you would have to pay $448 for deposits and holding and setup fees plus an application fee. If you decide to take our apartment we would pay for half the application fee. It would be one application per person. We are looking for either two people who know each other (that would be ideal) but would also take somebody who just needs one room! You are actually getting a really good deal because this apartment with all bills paid is running for $598, so it is cheaper to take ours!
